The Company was established in 2006 and has grown to become a part of important supplier of onsite sampling, analysis, sample bottle supplier and well integrity services both to the onshore and to the offshore oil and gas exploration and production.

In 2008, QBS started expanding into Vietnamese market with long-term strategic alliances entered with Petro Vietnam Group of Companies.

QBS became a member company of IKM Group, Norway (www.ikm.com), a multi discipline supplier in the oil and gas industry in 2009.  The partnership provides the technological expertise and further develops QBS as a quality service provider in the Asian region.

In May 2020, IKM Norway decided to shutdown operation in Malaysia, and currently QBS 100% standalone as local company.

QBS has great partnership with Archer Well & in Well Integrity Services including, Well Leak Detection Services, Well Annular Flow Services, Multifinger Imaging Tools (MIT), Cement Quality Measurement,Ultrasound Tool and Annular Pressure Diagnostic.

Strengthened by new awarded Well Integrity contract with Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd until 2022, we have great opportunity to grow and expand our capabilities.

In 2020, QBS was awarded 5 years contract with New Petronas Technology until 2025. Partnership with Probe1, Entech Solution AS, Petroleum Technology Company AS (PTC), & Evergreen Energy Service. It has been a great honour for QBS as local company to contribute expertise and knowledge into oil and gas industry in Malaysia.
